Aaron England, CISR

Aaron lives in Spring, TX with his wife Crystal and their twin sons, Blake and Tyson. Aaron graduated from University of Houston Clear Lake in 2002. He immediately began his career as a financial services representative helping families with their life insurance and investment needs in the Clear Lake area. Aaron started his own financial services company, Pinnacle Point Financial, in May of 2005. After moving to Spring in late 2005, he went off to work for GHFS primarily as a home insurance agent while continuing to maintain his own agency. Aaron went back to work growing his own agency after leaving GHFS in 2007. The experience he gained while working for GHFS allowed him to also help clients with home, auto, and business insurance needs at this point. In November of 2009, he decided to change the agency name to Pinnacle Point Insurance to better reflect the focus of the agency.
Aaron achieved the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in December 2009. He is currently working toward obtaining the Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) designation.
Aaron is a big brother with the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization.
Alicia Donovan

Alicia Donovan began her insurance career working as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a general lines agency in Bradenton, Florida, in 2003. After one year working as a CSR, she was promoted to the position of all-lines insurance agent after earning her property-and-casualty license. In 2006, Alicia accepted a position with a marine specialty insurance company in Bradenton, Florida, as a marine insurance specialist. Alicia is currently working on obtaining her health, life and annuities license.
In her career, Alicia has written policies in auto, home owners, wind, flood, commercial, contractors and marine. She has placed business with ASI, Progressive, The Hartford, Zurich, Mercury, Met Life, GMAC and One Beacon, among others.
Alicia is also currently earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Austin, Texas.
Cathy Pisciella

Cathy began working in the insurance industry in 1984 as a secretary for an insurance adjuster. She started working with commercial insurance in 1986 with Travelers as a policy typist and then moved on to a position with St. Paul Fire & Marine as a commercial lines assistant underwriter. Over the last 15 years, Cathy has worked for brokers and agents as a customer service representative working with large commercial accounts such as Igloo, Compaq, Mayflower, Exxon and Lakeside Country Club. She began working with personal lines insurance in 2005 as a Sr. CSR & producer for GHFS. Cathy left GHFS in late 2007 to work with Pinnacle Point Financial.
Cathy is a proud member of the ASPCA, the HSPCA, and the World Wildlife Fund.
