Requirements:

• Goal oriented with a drive to succeed, grow and advance
• People-oriented, outgoing and genuinely enjoy helping others
• Interest in marketing products and solutions based on customer needs
• Ability to refocus on priority list as distractions are a constant – whether it be a new call coming in or an additional task is given to you that requires you to re-prioritize your list
• Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 60 days

Responsibilities:

• Relentlessly work to update contact information on each and every call
• Clearly and effectively communicate with clients to manage expectations both via the phone and email.  This includes taking a proactive approach at every turn
• Complete 100% of the account reviews assigned – this includes reviewing potential discounts and coverage gaps
• Prior to remarketing, check to see if there any coverage changes and/or claims that are impacting renewal rates
• Educate clients on the advantages of working with us
• Service accounts in a manner so as to eliminate gaps in coverage, thus reducing E&O exposure
• Generate additional revenue on the book of business in a form of increased coverage, account rounding, adding generally recommended policy features and generating referrals for new business
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages and policy changes
• Work with other agents to establish and meet marketing goals
• Work to support the marketing and branding team in the following ways:

1. Suggest blog, email and social media topics to the marketing team
2. Share agency social media posts on personal social networks
3. Participate in pictures and agency branding opportunities when invited
