Thousands of children in the Texas Child Protection System are stripped of their basic right to live a normal life. Not only have they suffered trauma at a young age, but they have also been deprived of the true essence of childhood.
Through no choice of their own, children in foster care are obliged to live a life that promises no safety or comfort of a loving home. As members of this society, it is more of an obligation than a favor to take care of their needs and ensure they are provided with a safe and comfortable environment.
In hopes of making a difference, Pinnacle Point Insurance decided to join hands with Texas CASA to help children in foster care get a chance to live a better and safer future. Texas CASA provides financial support, training, and services to help the local programs operate effectively.
The programs recruit, equip, and monitor Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers to advocate for and promote the well-being of children involved in the child welfare system at the local level.
