Across the country, hundreds of thousands of children in foster care are navigating life after abuse or neglect, often without a consistent adult to speak up for them. Their days can be filled with uncertainty, court dates, and decisions that shape their future, all while their own voices go unheard. That is where the National CASA/GAL Association for Children steps in.

Operation Pets Alive steps in wherever help is needed most. Their all volunteer team rescues at risk pets from overcrowded shelters, provides lifesaving medical care, and places animals into loving foster homes until they can find their forever families. They also create important programs like affordable spay and neuter services, adoption events, and community education, all with the goal of transforming Montgomery County into a true No Kill community.

That’s why we’ve partnered with Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP), a nonprofit committed to making sure no child sleeps on the floor. Their mission, “No Kid Sleeps on the Floor in Our Town,” speaks directly to our hearts.

For over 38 years, Be An Angel has been dedicated to enhancing the lives of children with special needs. Founded in 1986, this nonprofit organization provides adaptive equipment, hearing devices, respite care, and support programs to thousands of children across Texas.
